Refund Policy

We provide a 10-day return window, meaning you have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for the return process.

To start a return, please reach out to us at support@truissm.com. We will provide you with the return address once you contact us.

Once your return request is validated, you can send the product back to us through any courier of your choice. A full refund will be processed via bank transfer once we receive the returned item.

Damages & Errors
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and correct the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to opened or used pillowcases, bottles, etc.

Please note, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
For the quickest exchange, we suggest you initiate a return for the current item and place a new order for the desired one after the return is processed.
